Carpet Cleaning

$135.00 For the first room, $45.00 for each additional room. 

Example:
Average 1 bedroom condo $180.00
2 bedroom condo $225.00 

(Any room over 200sf will be considered oversized & additional room fee will apply) 

Stairs: $4.50 a step.

Landings: $5.00 to $10.00 depending on size & condition. 

Kitchens, lofts & bathrooms with carpet: Priced as extra (additional) room. 

Fabric protector: Available starting at $15.00 per room. 

Stains requiring special treatment: Will be charged accordingly IE: Red dye, gum, wax, pet stains & any other stain requiring extra time & solution ($25.00 minimum charge) 

My services also includes: A follow up treatment on any stain that is needed. 

Upholstery

(prices on upholstery vary due to size & condition) 

Average Couch: ($15.00 a linear foot) 7.5’ x $15.00 $112.50 

Loveseat: ($15.00 a linear foot) 5.5’ x $15.00 $82.50 

Recliner: $35.00 to $55.00 

Sofa Chair: $25.00 to $45.00 

Dining Chair: (seat & back ) $ 5.00 to $25.00 

Rugs, Mats & Runners

Area Rugs: .75 to $2.00 a sf Fringes $5.00 to $10.00 a side. 

Small Mats & Runners: $5-$20 a piece

Tile & Grout

Cleaning starting at $1.10sf 

(Prices vary depending on type of tile & condition) 

Wood Floors

Wood floor cleaning & polishing: starting at .75sf
